>>9843330I personally have gotten pretty far with just a regular FDM printer. The layer line aspect and sanding requirement definitely isn’t for everybody though so I get why people tend to gravitate towards resin printing. See pic related to see what I mean. The main reasons why I go with FDM is because printing with it requires less setup/cleanup and the product generally isn’t as fragile depending on the filament you use (this matters a lot when your parts would be put under constant stress like in joints on an action figure).
