>>9717399It's possible the first wave's green helmet outsold all the other colors and they are responding accordingly. Just from my experience the other colors tend to be the last ones I see on the shelves (yellow one in particular); still haven't even seen the red one show up. Vaguely recall it being a similar story with the first-gen helmet sets (memories of red and silver ones lingering come to mind).
Sure there's plenty of colors they could produce but how many completionist collectors are going to buy them to make it worthwhile? The red vs. blue contents of this helmet would also suggest a neutral color anyway, and what would be more fitting than MC green eh.
