Hydro bullet has a version, too - it's basically the standard Wheel Raptor (the one you see in car form in front of it in that pic) but comes with a second box that has the clear bits (it requires the frame from the standard release that's bundled with it, meaning you have to choose one or the other, though you can mix and match. Scales and Velsa Raptor is the same deal, which is why I have a second one shipping). I mixed the clear blue from the standard release with the rest of the clear paneling from the bonus to get that look, and painted the eyes red myself. I think BBTS is the only place that still has it in stock right now:
