>>7896336I would honestly just suck it up and ebay them individually. Maybe Australia isn't the biggest market for nendos but there's still plenty of weebs. I'd imagine shipping to SE Asia wouldn't be too expensive given the proximity and that's a massive market right there. I don't think shipping costs are the obstacle you think they are, especially if she has some of the rarer & more unusual ones.
If you're not used to ebay selling I'd do plenty of research beforehand and don't overwhelm yourselves - just list a few at a time until you get a feel for it. It will take a long time to list and sell the whole lot, and it will be incredibly tedious, but if you don't need the money immediately it'll be more worthwhile in the long run. I'd also steer clear of auctions unless you know something's in very high demand. List everything on BIN using sold listings & mandarake as a guide to market value.
The only other alternatives really are selling them as a job lot and potentially cheating yourselves out of a lot of money, or flying them all to Japan to see what the anime pawn shops give you, which probably isn't feasible logistically.
Probably got at least $20000 AUD locked up in those figures. Have fun.
