If you can't use a compressor for noise reasons, you can get something like an old divers oxygen tank and fill that at a gas station air pump. It's going to be a lot more expensive and inconvenient in the long run though. Remember, the heavier the compressor, the less it will move itself from pumping action, and if you get one of the small membrane compressors with a tank on (pic related) and remove its carrying handle, the noise will be less than a heavily loaded console or gaming PC.
