>>6962427I have a couple of the smaller Kallax and a large Expedit that came before it.
The Expedit is basically just the Kallax, but thicker and sturdier.
I also have an Expedit desk, which I'm sure everyone has seen with robots standing in front of a printer.
Also have the a few Gallants and the system before it as well, the Effektiv. Again, it's thicker and studier, but had way more options to outfit it, allowing you to put in multiple shelves and cabinet doors.
The older Ikea stuff is much studier and closer to the build you get from solid wood furniture, which i also have. Who knows what their names are. Another desk where i build models and place them. And a nice solid oak bookcase, that i mostly use to place comic trades
Also, no glass cases, because I'm not lazy and none of my toys are fragile enough that i can't dust them. Not even my models.
Oh, and i have a Billy too. Cheap wobbly shit, but I have no reason to replace it and its highly adjustable. It can't handle more than paperbacks (and whatever toys i want to put on it), because it's cheapshit. I wouldn't recommend cheapshit like this unless its all you can afford, but it looks nicer than the Detolf because it's highly customizable.
