We often like to say that metal on metal is the definite way to go, but handling some older diecast cars I was thinking "doesn't really feel that solid" - both weight and sturdiness wise.
Surprisingly, a MB Superfast Volkswagen type 3 with opening doors, metal on metal, is 33g while a 2022 release of a HW Audi is 37g. Sizewise, you can see that the Audi is a bit more chunky, but overall the size is comparable. I think this was interesting.
