Theropods were reptiles, Lizards and Snakes all have "lips" but they aren't bulbous fleshy bits that jut out from their face. People have been drawing lips on Tyrannosaurus since as far back as Charles Knight, but it's only a recent phenomenon that people have been drawing them as if they were fucking hippos or something.
