>>7846718Mandarake had GP01 and GP02 for well below retail so I picked 'em up. Splurged on the Dijeh and the Wetland Zaku while I was at it as they were both below their original MSRP too, haha.
>>7845052>>7845057That's a great idea. If anyone's interested in having this middle-manned, I'd be happy to help out. Bluefin doesn't charge me sales tax, but international shipping from the US is pretty darn expensive.
Send me an e-mail and we can try to work something out.
>>7845659Bandai appears to be going by release date of the OVAs, so in terms of UC/Zeon-era series 08th Team should be next in line for some RDs. Fingers crossed, as I really, really want some RX-79 RDs!
>>7846000What's your budget? And this may be harder to answer, but any clues what Gundam series/era the recipient likes?
In terms of action figures (rather than models), some general suggestions would be the Gundam Universe toyline. $25 MSRP gets you a well detailed and decently articulated figure that's about 6-6.5 inches tall.
Here's the Wing Gundam, which is quite popular with Gundam fans:

Here's the Zaku II (one of the primary grunt suits) as an example, though you may be able to find it cheaper elsewhere:
