Looks like my table is 3x4.5 baseplates, so effectively 12 baseplates and some leeway. If I half fold the castle up, I can fit it in a corner and have the play features reachable. Gonna build the blacksmith tomorrow, plunk it near the castle and grow a market village around it. Then build out a forest with a spooky bit and a fairy glen to put the CMF/Vidiyo fairies I've accumulated. There's a shelf under the table, so I think the way to fit all the villains in is to make dungeon entrances and then make the dungeons on baseplates that I can store under the table.
