Let's look at the evidence:

His adopting of underage girls he meets on the internet.He was involved in helping a girl secretly move out of state with his friend Josh Vida, and even set up a GoFundMe in which they claimed that the girl was being sexually abused at home, and therefore she needed thousands of dollars to secretly move out of state, and that her family could not be allowed to know about the GoFundMe. When people asked about if the girl filed a police report, Lio and friends kept lying and saying they did, but that the cops did nothing, and then proceeded to never produce the report.
It then comes out that Josh was a pedophile who was grooming the girl since the age of 13, and that Josh had approached several underage girls online to get them to send him nudes, and was dating the girl that Lio was helping move out of state.

People questioned him about the GoFundMe, and said that it made him look like a pedophile, and said it was suspect.Lio was flat out accused of being a pedophile by different people over the incident with the GoFundMe, but instead of doing anything to Josh, he went on the attack against anyone who raised questions and tried to destroy their lives.
>3. He doxxed a child.During an online argument he once doxxed an underage girl, because she really upset him, so he wanted to try and ruin her life. He got called out on this, and said he did it to try and teach her a "lesson."
