So far it's going.. well? No, can't say that. Bad? Can't say that either.
Anyhow, I managed to assemble the plane, though I noticed that I could use clamps. Then I went straight by instruction but overlooked that I should paint the underside before adding the wheels... At least I didn't add the tail wheel yet. The canopy is completely fucked up. I tried painting it with the brush, but bad eyesight + shaky hands with a brush is a bad mixture. Rubbed some off and tried again with a fountain pen I dipped in the paint. This seems to work better, but I have to experiment a bit more in the future.
Since I only have three colors, I also just painted the wheels in the darker grey. Also I fucked up when I cut them from the sprue, but since this will stand anyways, I said fuck it.
I also fucked up the filling between the wings and the body. This is much harder than working with mortar.
The lighter brush strokes are just paint that hasn't completely dried yet.
Anything else I forgot?
