Conclusion: 7/10 decent.
I would not use this brush with lacquers because of all the o-rings.
I would not use it for priming because cleaning primer off the needle and from the inside of the cup would probably be a bitch.
But water or alcohol based acrylics would be a good fit for this brush and getting near-Eclipse performance for 1/10 of the price is not a bad thing either.
The side cup is harder to clean and you will not be able to spray a single drop of paint (like you can with a regular cup), but having an unobstructed view over the top of the brush could be useful in some situations.
