They've been doing custom-mold figures in their boxes for a little over a year now, and somebody over there *really* likes Rias (not that I can blame them), as they've done six figures of her over the last two years, plus various other merch (bookmarks, a metal "waifu" coin, phone pop socket, etc). You can find them on eBay fairly easily but prices go all over since they're not regularly available. That figure in particular does also have very fragile wings, as a heads up - I superglued mine back on, but they still look fine.
