If you're looking for TV designs, I was told the SOC SPEC Unit 01 is alright, or the old Revos if you want a cheaper option.
Personally I really like the Revoltech Rebuild EVAs the most even if they're objectively not the best ones in the market, I find them fun, really fluid and dynamic when you pose them.
