http://thetechnicgear.com/2014/02/howto-create-lego-train-inclines/I'm pretty sure you can use picrel to put roads on the system again. It would take a little bit of trial and error and math though.
As for the inclines, it would be trick to make it legal. Maybe there's a piece that could connect the rails?
