It will probably take some native on the inside to leak the documents to the media.
But yeah they have no jurisdiction outside their reservation unless they can have her declared incompetent, and seeing as the girl is still out on her own and the parents still claim she is “missing” I strongly suspect they lost their bid for control. So nothing they do in their court really affects her or Ezra.
