>>10013569>>10013778Depends. They aren't consistent, but Megamis from the last couple years are fairly matte. They have a velvety skin that's very nice. I noticed that the MSG skin tends to be shiner, as is older girls' skin. Modern ones are very close to nice scale PVC figures' skin.
Bro tip: you can match that exactly using a Magic Eraser. Running one over her skin will give you that velvet finish.
But really you should be putting some matte sealer on skin anyway to make it have some good tooth to it so you can shade it with pastels or weathering pigments or colored pencil, if you aren't going to totally repaint the skin (which I don't recommend unless you're drastically altering her skin color).
