>>6628482>>6628487There is another outcome that could be from a lawsuit, in 2011 Lego company lost it's charge against Megablocks use of the construable brick toy. That loss not only cost them all that court money but led to what we have now where Hasbro, McFarlane toys and others have made their own not Lego bricks without fear of retaliation and can be sold at stores like Target and TRU without issue. Honestly I think it's why Hasbro/Takara hasn't chased after 3rd parties, if they lose that fight it would mean shit like Archenemy, Hercules and the like could be sold at you local TRU without fight.
