Over in the MOTU threads they screech at the mere thought of She-Ra figures having rooted hair, and various collectors of other action figure lines don’t want soft goods other than capes because “otherwise it looks too much like a doll”. ironic because all representations of a humanoid are technically dolls, regardless of whether their hair is molded or rooted.I was amused to realize that while all the male character toys from the original She-Ra cartoon, save Bow, were sold as MOTU action figures, Grizzlor had rooted hair like the girls. That boy should have come with a comb.
