Also people love to say the new films bombed but they each made over 1 Billion each (Excluding Solo). Disney made their money back on films so now they can safely rake in profits from other avenues.
Face it, Star Wars is still as big and as profitable as ever, it's not going anywhere and Disney execs are rolling in cash.
