They released one adult male, and one adult female because muh equality. They released two males students, and two female students because muh equality. The biggest problem with this is that Ginny Weasley is a very minor almost nonexistent character in the first film, and this whole doll line is based on the characters from the first film.
They could have released Draco Malfoy, Severus Snape, or even a version of Lord Voldemort which would have at the very least given kids one villain doll to play off of, but no we got Ginny Weasley the soulless wonder.
