That looks like a five dollar difference, but the Ali price includes shipping and they still have it available while HLJ doesn't, so it's more like a thirty dollar difference if the kit is even available both places, which it's not. I'm always dubious about ordering on Ali, but there's a definite niche for it.
As for the kits themselves, there are good ones and bad ones, usually made by the same companies respectively and with the same teething issues you see in Japanese kits. I usually wait for someone here to be the guinea pig and consider buying if they have a positive result. That too is made easier by stock availability; the kit in question was released over a year ago, so no need to rush to judgement.
