That and the fact that her face sculpts looks way more like the character compared to the OG3's releases is also a substantial improvement in my eyes. Paint fuckups are gonna vary from copy to copy, so as long as it's generally better than Hibiki I'm fine with it.
That said, I expect Kirika and Shirabe to be steps back due to the skirts, unless they changed them to be soft plastic, but I highly doubt that.
