Transformation certainly has some uniqueness to it. Much easier if you just pop the turret arm off and transform it separately. Now that I'm looking at him I see that besides the pale orange used to join his limbs, there are also some clear plastic hinges holding a few panels on. So that's scary.
Much more Galvatron-y purple in robot mode, but still majority grey.
Asymmetrical transformation gives you asymmetrical hands. I've always really liked the open claw hand. It's just not something you get to see very often.
