Sooo....this FINALLY came in today. It's cute, and it was $25+ shipping...and it shows.
First, the Ian is kinda cool, it's a HC one with a unique torso and left leg, so that's neat, but for once I'm keeping it on the plastic tray. The plastic on the ground is okay, a bit thinner than expected and could have used a wash.
Now for the negative. Opening the shipping box, I was a bit suprised that the book's cover is cardboard, or more specifically a pretty thin cardboard, like almost SWVC card back thin. Finally, the sound and light feature; it fucking sucks. It's tinny, a bit echo-y, and sounds like it was recorded off of a VHS playing in an adjacent room. The LEDs work good, but holy fuck the audio is really fucking bad.
It'll look cute on the shelf, but do NOT pay more than the original $25 for it.
