I have 1000Toys Infinite Chief, and I really like him. I don't have CE Chief but based on what other people on here have said, Infinite Chief is much better. Only thing I don't like is how loose the hands feel on the wrists sometimes, and one of the cover panels on his back keeps falling off. Other than that and the price, I think he's the best option.

I like it, especially the lighting from the portal.
I don't know why I've never thought of using a computer monitor to help with backgrounds, I guess it's because my computer is no where near where I typically take my photos.
