I can tell you that I got it off Amazon, and I remember it was a brand new edition, so online you'll mostly find info of the older series (from what I can tell it has less pieces and the decal on the side of the turret only says "99")
The tracks move well enough, but you need to be very careful when handling it because some parts are just kinda "slapped on" (like the two small horizontal panels right next to the main grill in pic related) and so they will fall off if you touch them too much
The turret has can rotate for like 135° and a few hatches can be opened to fit a minifig like in my first pic (hidden behind the machinegun), plus you can also open up the rear door to see the engine inside
