The Terrorcons were very solidly colored in the show, and we know how Takara decos to match. The most likely outcome is Takara omits the silver/yellow/red chest details, as well as the silver/blue "sticker detail" on his calves. They could potentially color the chest piece of robot mode to more closely resemble his beast head, as that was where it was on the G1 toy. The backpack piece could be colored the same purple the beast arms are, depending on its function in robot mode. Lastly, they could paint the sides of Blot's torso purple as well.
Basically, your mileage on how the deco the future UW Terrorcons will is more or less similar to your opinion on how Takara handled the color layouts on the Technobots.
