If you want more of a home-like setting for your figures to actually "live" in, look up Calico Critters doll houses. There's a few different options and sizes available on Amazon and the houses work really well with 1:18. If you really wanna go crazy, you could easily give it a quick paint job so it looks less childish and brings out the sculpted details more.
And of course, the most expensive option is "build your own" buy buying a few of the Joytoy sets and smashing em together. Probably would be the best looking option in the end, but far more expensive then anything else suggested and easily would take the most work to set up.
