>>6827193Yeah, I'm not sure if any legitimate stores still have it for retail or below, most places are creeping up to $80-100 for Spitfire '14. I took a chance on a lesser-known place that had it for sixty-ish and they delivered, thankfully.
So, my Spitfire feels adequate. A lot of range in the arms, less so at the chest, stiff around the torso, legs have excellent range, and so does the tail. It also gets props for a beautiful breath effect and for the closest we may ever get to a SHMA Muto in the form of the severed head attached to the extra hand. Good purchase depending on what you're looking at paying this late.
The Millennium mold is excellent, but I have zero love for the Special Color Edition. It's boring, representing concept art and an early Final Wars poster (see attached), compared to the striking greenish skin and purple fins, but obviously the original G2K figure is a tough find. I LOVE its tail articulation and have pulled off insane off-the-ground poses with mine, which you could probably pull off with the SCE too. Its body articulation is more stiff, but mostly adequate. The hunched stance could be a dealbreaker. I've never looked into buying G2K SCE so I have no idea how its price is trending, but it was an unpopular figure for a looooong time.
