The proportions on the Fraulein Haruhi are completely different from figma and won't work with each other. The articulation on the legs and arms ais also completely different.
It's most likely a custom and I bet those are Adult Mikuru's legs, the ears seem to be made ouf of felt and the tail would be asy to custom.
The real question is where the torso comes from. The more I look at it it looks like a school swimsuit and the collar might be custom. Same goes for the arms.
