>>9002191I dunno who the creepy dwarf is, but the original designwork for the MOTU movie was a lot closer to the toyline and it was only changed because the movie was a cheapo and they felt that the costumes would be too elaborate. So the entire costuming budget went to he-Man and Skeletor (especially Skeletor's transformation at the end of the movie) and Gwildor's animatronic mask.
Funny thing though, early in production Gwildor was just Orko until they realized that matte painting him in every shot to make it look like he was flying would be way more expensive than having a short person in a mask, regardless of how elaborate.
Sorcerss also originally had a much more elaborate bird suit than her "white granny robe" she ended up with.
