But yeah, First Aid is a remold of Off Road. Which goes a long way to explaining his shape.
Paint work is nice enough, the windows are picked out with a nice contrasting blue and the red isn't too broken up by panels.
The grill is a spot of silver and the rear end is completely barren white plastic.
First Aid has got a 5mm port on each side and one on the back, as well as a dedicated peg on top for his HFG.
