Every cartoon episode is supposed to follow the model sheets and this is mostly done by key framers. There's a thing called inbetweeners who aren't being paid that well, and are usually rushed, so they tend to go off model.
In general, key frames are done in the US where the animators get paid handsomely (and more if a third season is ever made, which is rarely, especially with the loopholes that CN learned to use to fuck over animators), while inbetweeners are the slaves doing the animation in Japan (and later Korea).
So no matter the episode, the model sheet was mostly followed through by the key animators, even when it was handed over to the worst overseas animation studio. The Figuarts definitely follow the WHAT TO AVOID part about "don't let the mask and brow dominate the head" or basically what every party favor design seemed to follow.
Again, that tard (you?) is defending shitty animation and the shitty studios, just because he needs to claim it's accurate to the cartoon.
