Buzz-Off is high up there, I love the goofy Muppet look to Clawful; and I bet the upcoming Snout Spout, Leech, & Mantenna are going to be must haves, too. I'd also say the basic Sun-Man looks really fun in terms of the more normal looking human people.
For older figures Scareglow, Trap Jaw, & Roboto would give you a nice unique color and body parts and action feature selection.
For Teela, either get Green Goddess, or the upcoming falconer Teela box set. Those have the newer knees.
If you're into the part swapping and custom character aspect, get a couple Palace Guards and Horde Troopers.
