Before the next ideas set is announced, each qualifying submission's designer is interviewed. With the last one the time in-between ideas posting the last interview and announcing the winner it was 23 days, for the review before that 3 days and before that only 1 day
For the current ongoing review period that includes Sokoda's Bionicle ideas the last remaining designer interview was posted on June 1st as seen in this tweet

I wouldn't nail that date as the deadline but we'll see.
