I got mine from a thrift store but it's very high quality and one of my favorites. I would definitely recommend the bigger Pua plush I have. Figures often have fine articulation which lets them easily make detailed poses. Plushies don't have that and to make them in a pose you have to hold them in whatever position you want them in. I'm genuinely curious what you're talking about.
