Newfag here. I was painting and focused too much on an area so I got excess paint in some places, I tried using a cotton swab dipped in thinner but I took too long and it ended up rolling paint and cotton fibers instead of smoothing the area. It is now well dry, should I go again with some cloth dipped in thinner or should I sand if off? I was not using the self-leveling thiner I got used to and got a lot of orange peel texture, I want to do another coat with self-leveling thinner so I should sand/remove the paint from the pieces anyways.
