Chap Mei alone made tons of them. Hell, even if you stick with recent figures, there are many options. However, you have to be resourceful and dig into all kinds of weird, unwanted, and unrelated toylines. There is no "Look at me, I'm a generic fantasy dude!" toyline outside of Vitruvian HACKS.

I know Marvel Universe is a bit old at this point, but they made a ton of them, and you can still find most of them for pretty cheap.
