I can do with my shop and with my slots what I want, there's no law or whatever forcing me to strictly go by "first come, first serve" or whatever.
If giving person X a slot because they pay on time, know what they want, have a realistic expectation and is overall a pleasure to work with I'm gladly unfair. Rather that than brutally honest to a piece of shit who then turns around and plays the victim.
