>>8567959I wanted to try using some plastic cement I bought instead of just super glue, but because of the way that stuff works I needed to make some kind of splint to hold the part in place while it set. It was kind of awkward to do, but holding the part in position with toothpicks and hot glue worked out surprisingly well.
By the way rubbing alcohol breaks down hot glue, all I had to do to remove this was just soak it a bit with some alcohol and it pried off without much trouble.
