imho, Titans Return was miles ahead of CW, but it was still plagued with issues and the occasional cheapness of post-T30 HasTak. Partsforming was probably the worst thing about it, but I guess in general the quality was just incredibly inconsistent from figure to figure. Some of them looked great, like Triggerhappy and Hardhead, whereas others were a complete disaster, like Scourge and Hot Rod.
Still, the fact that we literally got two massive and generally solid Titan figures does show that Hasbro at the very least cares about investing in the future of CHUG.
