>Omniverse:Follows the same kid as a ~18 year old, paired up as a duo with a straight-man buddy-cop partner. Interspersed with previously unseen past adventures taking place during his 10 year old era. Art style is drastically different, being headed by DJW from TF Animated. Features a wide selection of alien forms from all of the previous series plus a few new original additions.
At least half a dozen plot arcs with a lot more one off adventures. Tonally a lot less serious, closer to the tone of the original series.
Comparatively divisive reception. Major complaints were the art style, the main character considerably regressing in maturity and competence, sidelining of the previous supporting main cast, and several notable retcons completely disestablishing plot points and developments from the previous series.
Ben 10 reboot: Reimagining of the first series. Generally seems to be aimed at a younger audience and is considerably more comedy focused than even the first series. Art style also looks like it’s aimed at a younger audience, and server also of the original transformation forms have been swapped out or considerably redesigned, with some upgraded forms and villain evil-remixes in later seasons.
Most fans of the previous series don’t care for most of this series, and frankly it doesn’t really seemed to be aimed at them anyways.
