And yeah, it's likely there will be more people who will buy it just to resell (this is not scalping, because there is an unlimited number that can be produced to meet demand, thus can't be scalped). This will likely bottom out the resale market.
Depending on the character selection, price, and exclusivity, hopefully he does release the basic figure to retail. Who really knows on this, but if he makes medieval shit like he used to, and he has brought this up in the past year as a potentially being sold through his store (or KS), this would very important.
He shouldnt repeat the same mistakes 4H does, where people would love to buy more, which 4H doesn't because stupidity.
