Some things are big in the shoulders but things that aren't fitted or are loose work better. Or things like this maid outfit where the shoulders are meant to be huge. Polynian arms are a noticeable amount shorter than picco neemo but that's ignoreable on short sleeves/things that would look okay slouchy/things that would look cute if it came past their hands.
