Back when I was just out of high school I picked up the MP Megatron for like, $120 at a comic shop with some friends. I remember I took a ton of shit for spending "that much on a toy!"
Flash forward to today, and the most expensive toy I've bought is the Mark L Iron Man by Hot Toys. Slight caveat there though, I sold my set of Power Rangers Figuarts to fund it. Weirdly enough, I didn't regret selling them as much as I expected.
I also fully plan on buying the Mark VII when it comes out, but I'm finally blowing my saved points on Sideshow for it, so I'll only be spending about $150 for it
