Just look at how real capes look like. 106% of everyone on /toy/ doesn't pose their toys in such a way that any cape would look like that. Not even comic books get that busy.
Static capes like you see on DCUC figures are basically still more useable than what you see on the Revoltech. Neither of these are really ideal, hence ranking so lowly.
They're both really limited in how they can be posed.
For best, it's still cloth cape and wire makes for the most striking stuff and then followed by the silicon-type dynamically sculpted capes.
