The proportions are better.
The sculpt is better.
It's a better looking figure and that's why it gets praise.
Sure, the articulation isn't as good as the Mafex, but it's not its articulation is shit. It's good enough and being the best looking Boba Fett out there, it's a no shit on why it gets praised.
