It's mainly restricted by the short cuff, so you can remove that separate hinge piece, but it leaves a bit cut out behind the knee, so understand it will look weird from the back.
If you are ok with that, once you remove the cuff, you also have to cut the limiters in the knee itself by taking it apart and just slicing off the nub inside the joint.
Once done and put back together you'll have over 90 degree range.
